Dancing In The Rain

Are you dancing in the rain like in the movies or are you biting your nails watching the rain come down?  If it’s the later of the two, is this anxiety brought on by “home repair” issues that having been unattended, and are leading to water damage every time a rainstorm comes along?  Don’t procrastinate any longer regarding simple home repairs that can save you bundles in the long run.  Clean your gutters of leaves, sticks and debris, ensure that down spots are also clean and securely attached to the home, if needed, chalk around windows and doors to make sure seals are tight, and check bathroom seals as well.  Make sure your bathtubs, toilets, showers and sinks are all property sealed.  Check underneath sinks to ensure pipes are not dripping and creating water damage and promoting mold growth.
